Taking Nicks' classic 7" work boot pattern and customizing every detail possible, from the panel pieces to the stitching design and all specifications, this is a limited edition, style-forward collaboration with one of the finest makers in the Pacific Northwest. This exclusive-to-Division Road Western Rockabilly Boot uses a batch of Natural Predator by Horween®, a combination tannage with a high content of stuffing oils and waxes that creates pull-up on the buffed matte grain and allows the ingredients to come to the surface for protection and tonal highs and lows. Using full-weight steer hides in an undyed Natural with an oak tone, this leather is robust and flexible and will patina beautifully in shades of brown with a vintage aesthetic. Molded on the vintage-inspired wildfire and logging 11067 Last, this boot provides a sprung, rounded toe with a moderate profile and a gripped waist and heel, making it a style-forward, fully functional, outdoor-appropriate, and intrinsically lifetime build. It is complemented by a fully gusseted brown leather tongue and leather-coordinated Nicks Handmade Boots x Division Road false tongues. With a design-centric approach to utility, our custom stitching configurations are complemented by tonal antique eyelets, a beeswax-finished natural leather midsole, and a sculpted logger heel, atop a reproduction cork-compound Dr. Sole Supergrip split sole, assembled with stitchdown construction by Nicks craftspeople in Spokane, Washington.
