Announcing Division Road's Fall-Winter 2026 Residency with Fortela, Freenote Cloth, and Original Madras Trading Company!
To the Division Road Faithful, nothing marks the start of the heritage goods season like our Fall-Winter Residency. This year, we’re hosting an international assemblage of Fortela from Italy, Freenote Cloth from California, and Original Madras Trading Co. from India via NYC for an exclusive custom shopping experience at The Fields on October 10th & 11th. We’ll also feature an immersive rewilding exposé on our project and the launch of The Fields, with educational walks, talks, and Ranger rides. We’ll offer our own Honey Wine, produced by Silver Hand Meadery, along with gourmet food offerings and wine tastings from some of the finest in the region.
This once-in-a-lifetime lineup to create Made-to-Order pieces with the principals of your favorite makers begins with Andrew Brodrick of Freenote Cloth, bringing the west’s best to the east and offering a rare opportunity to create your one-of-a-kind leather jacket from their full catalog of styles in rare and signature hides. For a new addition to the Division Road roster this season, Original Madras Trading Co., a third-generation, family-owned company, travels from Madras, India, via NYC, presenting a plethora of deadstock hand-loomed cloths and custom color, yarn, and pattern options to design your own shirts down to the fabric. The niche-famous Alessandro Squarzi comes from Milan to The Fields for an exclusive presentation of the Fortela x Division Road capsule collection, along with a personally curated selection from the Fortela archives and the women’s collection.
To top off the custom craft shop curation, we will be giving an exclusive access look at The Fields — the concept that became a reality, rewilded and ready to launch. Our Master Beekeeper, Brooke Savage, will lead presentations and demonstrations. Walk The Fields with a guided tour on restoring land to its natural state with Brian Morse of Virginia Wildlife and Forestry, and taste the libation from the land with the launch of our Wicked Wildflower Honey Wine, produced by Glenn Lavender of Silver Hand Meadery.
Join us at The Fields for an extraordinary opportunity to connect and create with the principal players from around the globe who are crafting some of the finest heirloom-style goods.
